Model and singer share reassuring news following Hailey’s recent health emergency.
Justin Bieber has given fans an update on his wife, Hailey Bieber, after she recently experienced a health scare involving a blood clot. Speaking during his Justice tour stop in Denver on Wednesday, the singer shared that while the situation had been frightening, Hailey is now recovering well.
“Most of you probably know or have seen the news about my wife,” Justin told the crowd. “But she’s okay, she’s good, she’s strong. It’s been scary, you know, but I know for a fact that God has her in the palm of his hands, and that’s a good thing.”
Hailey was admitted to a hospital near Palm Springs last week after suffering stroke-like symptoms linked to a small blood clot in her brain. On March 12, she shared in an Instagram story that the clot caused a temporary lack of oxygen, but her body managed to heal itself within a few hours. She revealed that the symptoms began while the couple were having breakfast together on Thursday morning.
“Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I’ve ever been through, I’m home now and doing well, and I’m so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me!” Hailey wrote.
The couple, who married in September 2018, have been candid about the challenges they’ve faced in their relationship. Justin previously discussed their first year of marriage in a GQ interview, noting struggles such as “a lack of trust” but emphasising how their bond has strengthened over time.
“We’re just creating these moments for us as a couple, as a family, building these memories. And it’s beautiful that we have that to look forward to,” Justin added.
Fans will be pleased to hear the couple remains positive and focused on their shared journey amid Hailey’s recovery.
